RNSYS Crane Orientation Course

Safety is our primary focus and as such, your Waterfront Committee has developed an online orientation program to ensure that all club members understand and are compliant with the essential steps in operating the club’s cranes.

Members who have not completed the online instructional session will no longer be permitted to use the cranes.

Please carefully read the Orientation Course and then proceed to the test.

*Note: In order to pass the test, you must receive a grade of 100*

If you are taking this test a second time, please enter your first and last name, along with your member number and T2 at the end to indicate that you are retaking the test.

New Boating Guide

Through the efforts of the Halifax Harbour Safety committee comprised of; Develop Nova Scotia, Sail Nova Scotia, Port of Halifax, Halifax Regional Police, Coast Guard, Transport Canada and Metro Yacht/Sailing Clubs, we are proud to present a new Halifax Boating Guide. The new guide provides helpful information for all recreational boaters who use the Harbour, Northwest Arm, and Bedford Basin.
